Historic Estate

The Hacienda de las Flores is a nine acre historic estate which has a rich diverse history spanning over 100 years. As one of the most beautiful settings in the East Bay, Hacienda de las Flores is a sought out wedding and event venue. History tells us that the uniqueness of this estate is likened to that of Hearst Castle and is affectionately referred to as the San Simeon of the East Bay.  

Respondents

The Town of Moraga is seeking to engage a talented restaurant/caterer owner, who realizes the potential of this unique location and its facility, to operate and manage a full service restaurant and provide exclusive catering services for events on the Hacienda de ls Flores Estate.

We invite you to take the opportunity to tour the estate and learn more about the facilities. The following project schedule has been established.
